In most cases you might notice that what's keeping your campaign from reaching to positive ROI is a specific Publisher feed that shows lower performance or that you can reach a much higher ROI if you adjust the bid on one specific feed. our recommendation is to reduce the bids on the under performing feeds in order to still continue buying traffic from those publisher feeds: 

  1. Got to Campaigns ---> 

   2. Go To "Edit" campaign

   3. Go To TQ&Analytics - When you will press on the pencil, it will drill down the campaign edit screen. in  this stage please drill down the "Show Publisher Feeds" Button

    4. There you will be able to change the bid per publisher feed.

*Take in mind that the bid adjustment works as a percentage of your default bid.
