Once your campaign has been declined, you will receive an alert via email with a campaign number for reference.

In order to fully understand why your campaign was declined please do the following:

  1.  Go to Campaigns: 

   2. Click on Creatives:

   3. By clicking on the information icon under the status column, you will be able to see the reason your campaign was declined:
